Please note, when placing a pre-order, this will not ship until the specified date. If your pre-order includes items that are available now, these will also ship as part of your pre-order. If you’d like to receive the available items before the pre-order, it’s best to place these orders separately.
It takes around 3-4 weeks for us to ship out a full run of pre orders. If it’s a couple weeks past the pre order date, don’t stress. We’re just making our way through a deep stack of orders, but we’ll have yours out to you real soon!

The pandemic has put a huge strain on the postal service world wide, so please be patient if your order has been stuck in transit for longer than expected. For domestic orders within Australia, it should take around 1-2 weeks. Internationally, sometimes the orders need to travel across the world or to isolated areas, so give it around a month to show up.
Yes! You will receive a notification email when your order has shipped including an Auspost tracking number, so you can track its progress all the way to your door.
If your order arrived warped or is damaged in some other way, we can most often issue you a replacement. We can’t do exchanges or refunds for things like imperfect packaging or minor scuffs that inevitably happen during the shipping process – but if your listening quality has been affected hit the form below and we’ll get it sorted as soon as we can.
Yes, we can now combine orders. However this is a bit of a lengthy process so please make sure that you double check your purchase before finalising your order. Take note, your combined order will be shipped once all purchased items are available to do so.
Shipping rates are determined individually based on the weight and customer location. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
