Where does my order ship from?

All fulfilment is handled by LP/ATM Pty Ltd.

This is where your order will ship from and is the best address to send returns or damaged items.

Pre-orders

Please note; when placing a pre-order this item will not ship until the specified release date. If your pre-order includes items that are available now, they will be shipped together as part of your pre-order. If you’d like to receive the available items before the pre-order, it’s best to place these orders separately.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are ordinarily sent within 1 business day dependent on warehouse volumes, but sometimes can take up to 5 days to ship. The time your order takes to reach you depends upon the shipping method you select.

Within Australia:

Standard Mail Delivery (AusPost) Registered: 1-6 working days

Express Post (AusPost) Registered: Next working day (within network)

Rest of World: International Air Mail (AusPost) Registered: 5-20 working days

All overseas orders are sent by international airmail. Tracking information may be available.

Once your order arrives in your country, it is passed to your postal service, which will deliver it to you in keeping with their standard working practices. Efficiency varies depending on the destination country – sometimes delivery can be very quick, sometimes less so.

International Customs can also hold up a package, sometimes for no apparent reason, and in these cases there’s not a lot we can do to speed things up.

Do you track orders?

Yes! I follow the Australia Post van in my own Toyota Hiace van until i’m confident it has reached it’s destination. 

My order arrived warped?

If your order arrived warped or is damaged in some other way, we can most often issue you a replacement. We can’t do exchanges or refunds for things like imperfect packaging or minor scuffs that inevitably happen during the shipping process – but if your listening quality has been affected hit the form below and we’ll get it sorted as soon as we can.

Can i return an item? May i have a refund, sir?

Can I return an item?

Yes. Please contact customerservice@bandtshirts.com.au before sending anything back. State your problem or request clearly and quote your order number for reference.

Wrong or damaged items

If you received an incorrect or damaged item you can send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one. You will not be responsible for any shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds will happily be issued for the following cases: the ordered item is out of stock, the shipment is lost, damaged goods.

Note: Refunds will only be processed once goods have been returned. If the product you have ordered is unable to be supplied and an alternative product is not suitable, a full refund will be given.

Postage Rates & Custom Fees

Shipping rates are determined individually based on the weight and customer location. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
